I’ll be presenting 2 talks at TechEd in Boston:
MGT306 – Windows PowerShell: Solving Mgmt Problems 6/12 from 9-10:15
MGT308 – Windows PowerShell: Next Generation Command Line Scripting 6/13 10:15-11:30
I’ve given both these talks before but these are reworked decks so it will be largely new material. I’ll also be showing some features that have been added Post RC1. There aren’t many in that category but the ones that are there are GREAT. I’m not going to say anymore to save the thunder for my TechEd audience.
I’m thrilled to say that during the 306 talk, I’ll have one of our favorite Windows PowerShell bloggers, MOW ( http://mow001.blogspot.com/ ) onstage giving a demo of manageing AD using PowerShell and I’ll also have Don Jones demoing a version of Sapien’s PrimalScript with Windows PowerShell support (http://www.primalscript.com/psnextpreview.asp ). All and all, I think the audience will be quite pleased with what we’ll be showing. We’ll see.
As always, please come introduce yourself and let me know what you are doing with PowerShell and what you like and don’t like about it. We are always in the market for ideas to make it better meet your needs.
Jeffrey Snover
Windows PowerShell Architect
(BTW – Can you believe that they actually PAY us to work on PowerShell? Is that the greatest thing in the world or what? We’re still hiring so if you act soon, you can get in on this deal too!)
