I just got word from Gent Hito (president of /n software) that after 6 months of beta testing NetCmdlets, they are going to be officially launching it (them? J) at TechEd in Orlando next week!
Gent is also giving away a 100 copies FREE at their booth. Obviously this will be on a first come, first served basis so you’ll want to trip the people in front of you and walk over their bodies when the doors open – or not. Gent said that these won’t be given out to any j-random attendee, you’ll have to give the magic passphrase, “I read about the free software offer in the PowerShell blog” (I thought “rosebud” would have been a better password myself. )
Now if that isn’t cool enough – get a load of this. They are also giving away a cool “PowerShell-Skinned XBox 360”.
