If you haven’t checked out TeamLook yet it’s worth a peak.  It provides integration of Team Foundation Server work item tracking into Microsoft Outlook.  It allows you to manage your work items in Outlook, easily file bugs from mail threads, etc.  It’s a cool add-on the TFS.  Here’s a link to a blog post on their latest release.
