Join the Xamarin Team for dotNetConf

.NET is everywhere, from mobile to desktop, game consoles to IoT devices, and the cloud and beyond. Naturally, the excitement in the developer community around .NET is growing as well, and luckily for us June 7 marks the kick off of dotNetConf, a free, annual virtual event focused on all things .NET and C#. With three full days of awesome content, dotNetConf is the perfect place to discover everything .NET has to offer, including many exciting sessions on developing mobile applications for iOS, Android, and Windows with Xamarin.

Xamarin’s own Miguel de Icaza will be live on stage for the Building Apps Day opening keynote on Wednesday, June 8 at 8:30 am PDT. Miguel will cover Windows WPF, WinForms, UWP, and, of course, the latest on Xamarin for cross-platform mobile developers.     Right after the keynote, Adrian Hall, Senior Program Manager for Azure App Service, will take you beyond the basics to implement enterprise authentication using Azure AD. By the end of the session, you’ll understand how to build a secure enterprise mobile backend with a cross-platform mobile client.     Then at 12 pm PDT the same day, join Developer Evangelist James Montemagno for a walkthrough on developing, designing, deploying, and optimizing your first mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Windows.     Right after James’ session at 1 pm PDT, Xamarin Product Manager Nina Vyedin will build on a base of Xamarin.Forms to add valuable features to an app, such as a Azure App Services for quickly adding authentication and data storage, writing a custom renderer for custom views, and more.
