14 more reasons to download Visual Studio 2015 Update 2 today

If you haven’t downloaded Visual Studio 2015 Update 2 yet, now is a good time to do so. In the latest KB we have addressed some of the top reported problems around performance and reliability. So far, we’ve made 14 fixes and updates, that address Visual Studio build fail issues, Visual Studio crashes, and improve memory usage by disabling FSD by default. What do you need to do to get these improvements in Update 2?

The current KB3151378 patch (version 14.0.25130.0) will also enable in-product notifications to appear when there are newer patch versions available for download, so you won’t miss out on further improvements. This KB3151378 article is a cumulative list of all fixes for Visual Studio 2015 Update 2.
