Summary

Today, we released version 2.7 of the Azure DSC Extension, which adds support to leave your Virtual Machine on the latest supported version of WMF 4.0. We have a blog posted with examples of how to use this in Azure Cloud Service Manager (ASM) and Azure Resource Manager (ARM.)

Use “Set-AzureVMDscExtension -Version 2.7” to install this version on your VM.
