Adding telemetry to your Copilot Studio agent

After you’ve deployed and secured your Copilot Studio agent, in addition to Copilot Studio security, it is essential that you monitor its performance. The built-in monitoring tools provide a good high-level overview, but you may want to benefit from the more advanced features of Application Insights, such as search, dashboards, and alerting, as well as logging custom telemetry information.

By connecting your Copilot Studio agent to Application Insights, you can gain deep insights into performance and troubleshoot any issues with ease.

Copilot Studio security using DLP polices

We are reaching the end of this Building with Copilot Studio series, however we have one final video for you! As you have seen already, Microsoft Copilot Studio is an incredibly powerful low-code tool that enables you to create agents that connect to a variety of data sources using knowledge and actions.

With all this connectivity, ensuring data security is crucial. By using DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies, you can easily create a safe space for your makers to innovate and experiment, without exposing data inappropriately.
