Send Microsoft Teams activity notifications without app manifest changes
Microsoft Teams activity notifications lets users triage items that require attention. You can use the activity notification APIs in Microsoft Graph to extend this functionality to your apps. This allows your apps to provide richer experiences and better user engagement by keeping users up to date.
On 11/6/2023, we are announcing public preview of system default notifications. You can now use the activity notification APIs without declaring the activities section in the manifest. The new system default notification will allow you to send free-form text at runtime, so you no longer need to add, edit or remove activityTypes in manifest.
