Microsoft Graph callRecords API now generally available in GCC High and DoD

We are excited to share that the Microsoft Graph callRecords API is now generally available in GCC High and DoD as of 09/20/2023. The callRecords API provides usage and diagnostic information about the calls and online meetings that occur within your organization when using Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business. Users in the GCC High and DoD environments can now use the callRecords API to build custom reports and tooling on top of the rich diagnostic information contained in call records.

Available features

The callRecord and session APIs are now available in the GCC High and DoD environments, as well as change notification subscriptions that provide a continuous stream of call record updates to enable near real-time reporting.

Please note that the getDirectRoutingCalls and getPstnCalls APIs will be released in GCC High and DoD separately in late October 2023.
