We are excited to announce that we are extending our virtual Microsoft 365 Patterns and Practices (PnP) team with additional community members. PnP team is responsible of the different community activities in different community channels, including our open-source work in the GitHub. This team consist of Microsoft employees and community members (MVPs) focused on helping the community the best use of Microsoft products, like Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint or API layer like Microsoft Graph.
We announced our new PnP team model in April 2020 with additional community members and are again further extending this team with both MVPs and Microsoft employees. We believe that working together as a one unified team across the organization barriers, we can make even larger worldwide impact and helping other community member to succeed on adopting different practices within Microsoft 365 platform.
April Dunnam – Partner Technical Architect
April Dunnam is a Partner Technical Architect on the Modern Work team where she focuses on helping enable Microsoft partners to build Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform practices. Before joining Microsoft, April was a Business Apps MVP and ran her own consulting company where she focused on building solutions in M365 and the Power Platform.
April is passionate about the sharing is caring initiative and breaking down barriers to create a welcoming and inclusive community for all.

Emily Mancini – Architect
Emily is a lifelong learner. She is a passionate advocate for seamless user experiences- specializing in information architecture and user experience (UX master certified by Nielsen Norman Group). She thrives on building accessible structures to help people find what they are looking for and better understand their surroundings.
Emily fell in love with SharePoint Online while managing the Office 365 strategy at a fast-growing global biotech. There she implemented and led the Steering Committee, formed to prioritize projects by business need while maintaining close alignment with the company culture. She developed productivity training to drive user adoption during the company’s 10x growth over 5 years. Emily has a deep understanding of what business owners need to implement intuitive and scalable solutions. She infuses each project with effective change management and compassion for pain points. Emily believes a human-centered process will yield the best results. As part of the PnP Team, Emily will be working with the Sharing is Caring initiative to empower all community members to use and contribute content. Emily will continue her work in Microsoft Community Docs and with the Maturity Model for Microsoft 365 which both support all end users’ ability to better understand how to use Microsoft 365 solutions to solve real business challenges.

Veronique Lengelle – Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect
Veronique is a Dual Microsoft MVP working as a Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect for CPS, and also a maintainer for the PowerShell PnP module. With a strong focus on Collaboration, she likes to demonstrate how SharePoint, PowerShell, and Microsoft Teams can help admins and end-users be so much more productive with their daily tasks. Giving back to the Community by sharing knowledge and helping others learn something is a great feeling!
