Top Stories from the Microsoft DevOps Community – 17.06.2022

April Yoho
Senior Developer Advocate

Last weekend was the Scottish Summit, while this event is local to the UK, people flew in globally to speak and attend one of the best Azure events around! There were so many great sessions from technical folks in the community and an amazing keynote from Dona Sarkar about accessibility.

I am April Edwards and every week I try to bring you the latest updates from around the DevOps on Azure community. If you have a post you’d like to have me include, I am always listening. You can reach out on Twitter or LinkedIn and I will be sure to share your latest post with the community. Also, be sure to tag your posts with #AzureDevOps!

For those of you that have attended Microsoft Build may remember our late colleague Abel Wang. Abel was a pillar at Build and his presence is greatly missed. Last year, he was undergoing chemo and still made an appearance, that guy is THE rockstar!

In his honor we are raising money for Girls Who Code. This is an organization that was near and dear to Abel’s heart, it’s the best way that we can honor him. We’re looking to raise £10,000 and Microsoft will match 100% of your donations! On top of that, if we hit our goal, we have several Microsoft execs that will also personally donate (also getting matching). Take a minute and donate:
