Today we are releasing patches that impact the latest version of our self-hosted product, Azure DevOps Server.
We strongly encourage and recommend that all customers use the latest, most secure release of Azure DevOps Server. You can download the latest version of the product, Azure DevOps Server 2022.2 from the Azure DevOps Server download page.
Note: Azure DevOps Server 2022.2 is the latest version of Azure DevOps Server. If you have installed Azure DevOps Server 2022 or Azure DevOps Server 2022.1, you should first upgrade to Azure DevOps Server 2022.2 and then install Azure DevOps Server 2022.2 Patch 6.

If you have Azure DevOps Server 2022.2, you should install Azure DevOps Server 2022.2 Patch 6 to have the most secure product experience.
With this patch we are including the following Test Plans enhancements:
- Export test cases with custom columns in XLSX
With this patch, Test Plans supports exporting test cases with custom columns, giving you greater flexibility and control over the data you share and analyze. This enhancement helps you tailor exports to your needs, ensuring the information you export is relevant and actionable.
- Import suites and copy test cases with Plan Id and Suite Id in search only.
Verifying Installation
Run devops2022.2patch6.exe CheckInstall, devops2022.2patch6.exe is the file that is downloaded from the link above. The output of the command will either say that the patch has been installed, or that it is not installed.

Different sections are not loading (Agent Pools, Pipelines, Releases) and makes Azure DevOps unusable. We tried rolling back with Microsofts guide (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/server/install/uninstall-patch?view=azure-devops-2022) to no avail. Is it a known issue?
I wouldn’t recommend anyone updating unless there is a Fix to this issue.
I answered this one on the developercommunity as well. You're trying to upgrade from 2022.1 Patch 3 to 2022.2 Patch 6. This upgrade path is not supported. You first need to upgrade to 2022.2 RTW and then to Patch 6.

I wanted to inquire whether there are any plans to introduce support for hosting Azure DevOps projects in the UAE Central or UAE North region. This capability is particularly important for our organization, as it plays a critical role in meeting the data governance requirements of our UAE-based clients.
