Azure Government Marketplace expanding with new Pay-As-You-Go offers

As part of our rapidly growing solution marketplace for Azure Government, we’d like to announce several new Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) marketplace offers. These new offers enable our government customers to purchase marketplace solutions directly through Azure Government, streamlining the procurement process.

In addition, our partners can use this new capability to provide expanded solution offerings and a streamlined procurement process to government customers. For example, see the below hardened images from the Center for Information Security, which are preconfigured to meet internationally recognized secure configuration standards.

F5 BIG-IP Virtual Edition – BEST: The BIG-IP VE ‘BEST” bundle provides intelligent L4-L7 local and global server load balancing, SSL/TLS termination and offloading, comprehensive network security, DNS services, web application security (WAF) and unified application access control.
F5 Advanced WAF: F5’s industry-leading Advanced WAF provides robust web application firewall protection by securing applications against threats such as layer 7 DDoS attacks, malicious bot traffic, OWASP top 10 threats, API protocol vulnerabilities and many more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Barracuda CloudGen Firewall: Redefines the role of the Firewall from a perimeter security solution to a distributed network optimization solution that scales across any number of locations and applications, connects on-premises and cloud infrastructures, and pairs full next-generation security with network optimization and management functionality (known today as Secure SD-WAN).
Barracuda CloudGen WAF: Inspects inbound web traffic and blocks many attacks targeted at your applications. It also prevents data loss by inspecting outgoing server responses. Administrators can easily create granular access control policies for Authentication, Authorization & Accounting (AAA), giving organizations strong authentication and user control.

 

 

FlashGrid Node for Oracle RAC: The VM image contains FlashGrid software and can be used for creating Oracle Real Application Clusters nodes. CIS Windows Server 2016 Benchmarks: Government and DOD agencies concerned with cloud security can benefit from using these CIS-hardened images, preconfigured according to the CIS Benchmarks. CIS Benchmarks can be utilized in place of Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs), the configuration standards for DoD IA and IA-enabled devices/systems.
CIS Windows Server 2012: This instance of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 is hardened according to a CIS Benchmark. CIS Benchmarks are consensus-based security configuration guides developed and accepted by government, business, industry, and academia.
CIS Windows Server 2008: This instance of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 is hardened according to a CIS Benchmark. CIS Benchmarks are consensus-based security configuration guides developed and accepted by government, business, industry, and academia.
