  • Identity for .NET, Java, and Python
    • Beta release
    • Notable new features:
      • .NET and Java – Managed Identity token caching: When ManagedIdentityCredential is used directly or through DefaultAzureCredential, tokens will now automatically be cached in memory for reuse. No code changes are required to enable this caching.
      • Java – Certificate password support: The EnvironmentCredential now supports passwords for PFX/PEM certificates via the AZURE_CLIENT_CERTIFICATE_PASSWORD environment variable.
      • Python – Added the ability to specify a tenant ID for AzureCliCredential.
