Last year, we announced F# 4.1 via a Peek in F# 4.1. As a recap, we mentioned: Alpha support for .NET Core and .NET Standard; language features for F# 4.1; and a big update to the Visual F# tools for Visual Studio 2017 (called Visual Studio "15" at the time).
