Yes, its great only if you use VB,C/C++, C#, F# and Python.
But VS doesn't provide professional and native tools for programming in other languages like Golang, Rust, Julia, Dart & Flutter, Lisp/Clojure, Prolog, Java, Kotlin etc. I have reached a point where I despair of Microsoft ever providing these new languages for use on VS. There is some third party support for Rust, PHP, Perl etc but it doesn't go very far.
Visual Studio being a one-stop-shop for a very wide range of programming languages, developed by very very diverse open- and closed source companies, is not realistic even voor a big company like Microsoft.
May I suggest you write code for those languages on the IDEs and platforms that the suppliers recommend you use. Widen your horizons a bit, go beyond Visual Studio.
