For the curious like me, it would be nice to know when there was an actual SDK fix, versus a fix in the runtime bundled with it. Like if i installed the newer runtime but older sdk, is it the same? Is 3.1.100 SDK same as 3.1.414 SDK if running on 3.1.20 runtime?
