.NET Framework July 2025 Updates
This month, there are no new security updates, but there are new non-security updates available. For recent .NET Framework servicing updates, be sure to browse our release notes for .NET Framework for more details.

Nope. There are none. There has been no .NET Framework updates in May, June, or this month (July).

What you mean to say is, “they finally remembered to publish the update!”
Still, they forgot to update the “.NET Framework release notes” page to mention the July 2025 update. That page still says the latest update is from April.
Also check the update’s digital certificate. This so-called July update is digitally signed on 21 March 2025, which is the second Tuesday of March. This was supposed to be a March update.
