See you next month
That’s it for this month, make sure you update to the latest service release today.
I see we’re still struggling to get the “release notes” working properly then!
This blog post links to the release notes for more information The release notes just state *”.NET 10.0.2 release carries non-security fixes.”*, and link back to this blog post for more information.
+1
I’m also confused by the release notes. I’m looking for the branch/diff from 9.0.308 or a list of PRs to see what caused a break for us. I just end up in circles at the moment. A little more insight and pointers to the specifics would be great to see.
If you are needing detailed information beyond “.NET 10.0.2 release carries non-security fixes”, you would click each of the release changelogs links that are included in this post.
Typically these posts let us know how critical it is to update. For example, this one tells me that I can wait a few days as there’s no possible security vulnerabilities. If I’m looking for a particular fix, I can look in the changelog of where I’ve been having an issue.
https://devblogs.microsoft.com/dotnet/dotnet-and-dotnet-framework-june-2025-servicing-updates/ would be an example of “updating immediately”.
