I can see no release notes for an August update to .NET Framework.
The index page says the latest update is the April 2025 preview update. The TOC says the latest update is the July 2025 update. Microsoft Support also says the latest update is July 2025. (Too bad I can't paste a screenshot here.) Then again, today isn't patch Tuesday. It's the first Tuesday of August, not the second. (Edit: The .NET release note page exists, but it is dated in the future, i.e., 12 August 2025. That date is seven days in the future.)
