Let us know what you think of these new combined service release blogs as we continue to iterate to bring you the latest news and updates for .NET.
Looking at the release notes for .Net 8.0.11 it states "You need Visual Studio 17.11 or later to use .NET 8.0 on Windows". The release notes for 8.0.10 stated the same, but we have been using .NET 8.0 with Visual Studio 17.10.x for some time now. Why do the statement say that we should use 17.11 or later?

I think the “Security improvements” section is incorrect – there are security fixes included for .Net Framework.
