You can use this build\u00a0along with Xcode GM to\u00a0submit\u00a0applications that take advantage of the new features in iOS 10 to\u00a0the Apple AppStore.<\/p>\n<p>This release also brings full support for building tvOS 10 and watchOS 3 applications in your favorite .NET language.<\/p>\n<h2>iOS 10<\/h2>\n<p>The new iOS 10 SDK requires Xcode 8 to be installed. Use the \u201cGM Seed\u201d for Xcode 8 that Apple has posted on their developer portal. On the Xamarin side, we&#8217;ve published Xamarin.iOS support for iOS 10 in our Beta update channel. Here\u2019s how to get started:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Download the Xcode 8 GM Seed from <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.apple.com\/download\/\">Apple\u2019s Developer Center<\/a> and install it to the default location.<\/li>\n<li>Switch the updater channel for <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.xamarin.com\/recipes\/cross-platform\/ide\/change_updates_channel\/#Change_the_Updates_Channel_in_Visual_Studio\">Visual Studio<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.xamarin.com\/recipes\/cross-platform\/ide\/change_updates_channel\/#Change_the_Updates_Channel_in_Xamarin_Studio_on_Mac\">Xamarin Studio<\/a> to the Beta channel.<\/li>\n<li>Install the available updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>watchOS 3<\/h2>\n<p>We&#8217;ve also added support to Xamarin for building watchOS native applications.\u00a0Take advantage of all of the watchOS APIs from C#, just like you do with iOS.<\/p>\n<p>Start building Apple Watch applications today with our <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.xamarin.com\/guides\/ios\/watch\/platform-features\/introduction-to-watchos3\/\">Introduction to watchOS 3<\/a> documentation.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-27588\" src=\"https:\/\/devblogs.microsoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/44\/2019\/03\/watchos3.png\" alt=\"watchos3\" width=\"408\" height=\"210\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>tvOS 10<\/h2>\n<p>Last but not least, we&#8217;ve updated our tvOS support to bring all of the new features of tvOS to the .NET universe.<\/p>\n<p>Bring your apps to life on the big screen with the latest additions to tvOS, including ReplayKit to live broadcast game play, PhotoKit to share photos with iCloud Photo Library and your apps, and easily integrate multi-peer connectivity to your iOS apps.<\/p>\n<p>Check out our <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.xamarin.com\/guides\/ios\/tvos\/platform-features\/introduction-to-tvos10\/\">Introduction to tvOS 10<\/a> documentation to get started.<\/p>\n<h2>Enhance Your Apps with iOS 10 Functionality<\/h2>\n<p>iOS 10 is packed full of new features and enhancements, and we&#8217;ve updated our documentation to make it as easy as possible to integrate iOS 10 features into your apps.
