We encourage developers to upgrade to this release. \u00a0We have many more fixes coming in a future release, but we wanted to get some critical fixes to our community right away.<\/p>\n<p>The main changes in 1.0.2:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>System.Data.Services.Client.dll is now included.<\/li>\n<li>System.IO.IsolatedStorage is now included.<\/li>\n<li>Bug fixes in Garbage Collection<\/li>\n<li>Various bug fixes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Check our <a href=\"http:\/\/android.xamarin.com\/Releases\/Mono_for_Android_1\/Release_1.0.2\">release notes<\/a> for all the details.<\/p>\n<p>Installing this update:<\/p>\n<p>On Mac:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Use MonoDevelop and the go to \u00a0<tt>Help \u2192 Check for Updates<\/tt>, or you can download directly from the\u00a0<a title=\"Customer Self Service\" href=\"http:\/\/activation.monotouch.net\/\" target=\"_blank\">Customer Self Service<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>On Windows:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Download\u00a0<a title=\"http:\/\/c227137.r37.cf1.rackcdn.com\/monoandroid-1.0.2.msi\" href=\"http:\/\/c227137.r37.cf1.rackcdn.com\/monoandroid-1.0.2.msi\" rel=\"external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">monoandroid-1.0.2.msi<\/a>\u00a0and install.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have just released the first update to Mono for Android by Xamarin. \u00a0This update contains fixes to many problems that were affecting our users.
