We have received multiple customer reports of <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/help\/4345913\">applications that fail to start or don\u2019t run correctly<\/a> after installing the July 2018 update. These reports are specific to applications that initialize a COM component and run with restricted permissions.\u00a0You can reach out to <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/\">Microsoft Support<\/a> to get help.<\/p>\n<p>We have stopped distributing the .NET Framework July 2018 updates on Windows Update and are actively working on fixing and re-shipping this month\u2019s updates.
