We had made the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.msdn.microsoft.com\/visualstudio\/2018\/11\/15\/why-do-we-need-q\/\" rel=\"noopener\">decision<\/a> to build a domain-specific language for quantum computing about six months before we launched, so we were on a very tight schedule.
