Complimentary Subscriptions are activated and that Subscription will expire in 12 months.
- Due to government gift and ethics laws, government employees (including military and employees of public education institutions) are not eligible to participate.
- Each Complimentary Subscription is provided to the customer free of charge. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Each Complimentary Subscription and related benefits may only be used by one individual.
- Complimentary Subscriptions may not be transferred, shared, or sold.
- This offer is for new TechNet Subscribers only. An individual accepting this complimentary subscription represents that he or she is not currently a TechNet Subscriber.
- Renewals are not processed automatically. Subscribers are responsible for renewing their subscriptions which are subject to those subscription terms and fees.
- Upon the 1 year expiration date, subscriber acknowledges that he or she is responsible for paying for any fees for the renewal of the subscription.
- By accepting this Complimentary Subscription, you agree that Microsoft may contact you via telephone or email regarding your TechNet Subscription for marketing and transactional purposes.
o Microsoft will contact you via email and phone during the term of the Complimentary Subscription, and that may include emails sent approximately every month and telephone calls.

Can I get an NFR version of TechNet Professional with Media?
No. An NFR version of TechNet Professional with Media is not available. Only the online version is available.
