(Another characteristic is that it is collaboratively-edited; there is no central authority.)<\/p>\n<p> In other words, if you see something wrong, <i>fix it yourself<\/i>. Don&#8217;t just stand around saying somebody should do something. <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.msdn.com\/b\/oldnewthing\/archive\/2011\/01\/18\/10116870.aspx\"> Be someone<\/a>.
