That may be why in 2009 Mike Carano decided to perform it as a theatrical production. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Wf8_GEqpFjY\"> Here is the opening scene<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_mC1Mm0IJ3o\"> here&#8217;s Carano talking about the show&#8217;s genesis<\/a>.
