That\u2019s why we\u2019re excited to announce a <a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/pnp-prompt-bank\">new community-led repository<\/a> that is set to transform your workflow. Then find the instructions in the <em>readme.md<\/em> file to run the prompt yourself. If you have prompts that can benefit others or if you have figured out a hack, here\u2019s how to share them:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/C5FeAhYsbTg?feature=shared\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>If you don&#8217;t wish to do the steps below: Open an issue and post your image and prompt and someone from the community can take care of putting it in the repo, giving you full credit.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Fork the repository<\/h3>\n<p>Go to the repository <a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/pnp-prompt-bank\">https:\/\/aka.ms\/pnp-prompt-bank<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Select the <strong>Fork<\/strong> button to create your own copy.<\/p>\n<h3>Create a new branch<\/h3>\n<p>Clone your forked repository and create a new branch with a unique name that reflects your prompt\u2019s purpose.<\/p>\n<h3>Add a new folder<\/h3>\n<p>Inside the <strong>samples<\/strong> folder, create a new folder following the naming convention: <em>&lt;apphost-functionality-prompt&gt;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>For example, if you\u2019re creating a prompt for a PowerPoint sales report, name it ppt-<em>sales-report-prompt<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3>Prepare the readme file<\/h3>\n<p>Find an existing <em>readme.md<\/em> file in any sample folder.<\/p>\n<p>Copy it into the new folder you created in the step above and update the contents in the file to describe your prompt.<\/p>\n<h3>Create an assets folder<\/h3>\n<p>Within your new folder, add a subfolder named <strong>assets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This is where you\u2019ll store any images or GIF files that your readme file refers to.<\/p>\n<h3>Copy the sample JSON file<\/h3>\n<p>Locate the <em>sample.json <\/em>file in any existing sample\u2019s assets folder.<\/p>\n<p>Copy this file into your own <strong>assets<\/strong> folder.<\/p>\n<h3>Update the JSON file<\/h3>\n<p>Modify the <em>sample.json<\/em> file in your assets folder to match the details of your prompt.<\/p>\n<p>And that\u2019s it! You\u2019re now ready to contribute your creative prompts to the repository.<\/p>\n<p>Create a pull request from your forked repos\u2019 new branch to the upstream repository\u2019s <em>main<\/em> branch so your prompts can be reviewed and approved by the one of the community folks in their free time.<\/p>\n<h2>Spreading the word<\/h2>\n<p>Let\u2019s get the community buzzing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Share your prompts on social media platforms and tag it with #CopilotPrompts.<\/li>\n<li>Talk about it in your professional networks to encourage others to contribute and use the prompts.<\/li>\n<li>Bookmark and keep an eye on the repository on GitHub to stay updated with the latest contributions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This new GitHub <a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/pnp-prompt-bank\">repository<\/a> is more than just a collection of prompts, it is there to get you ahead in the AI revolution.
