Set it to <code>0<\/code> to omit ML-DSA certificate signature advertisements. ML-DSA cipher suites are not affected by this setting. This helps avoid connection resets from non-compliant TLS-inspecting middleboxes that reject ML-DSA in <code>signature_algorithms_cert<\/code>. The default value, <code>1<\/code>, preserves upstream behavior. See the <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/microsoft\/go\/blob\/microsoft\/main\/eng\/doc\/AdditionalFeatures.md#tls-setting-alignment-with-microsoft-internal-policies\">TLS settings documentation<\/a> for more information.<\/li>\n<li>Adds support for persistent Microsoft telemetry preferences through Go&#8217;s standard environment configuration, such as <code>go env -w<\/code> and the toolset&#8217;s installed <code>go.env<\/code> file. Telemetry is enabled by default, but distributions like Azure Linux can disable it by default by modifying <code>go.env<\/code>.
