I\u2019m now Principal Software Engineer Manager for a broad region in Europe, Middle East and Africa. In my role, I use my technical skills to drive developers to adopt our latest cloud technologies Azure. Now my customers are large banks and insurance companies with which I code-with, co creating IP they are using for their own projects.\r\nWith my marketing experience I work closely with our marketing and sale team to ensure the technical message will land perfectly in our campaigns. I\u2019m producing both technical and marketing content.\r\nI\u2019m managing teams directly or remotely for the last 15 years. And I love to develop people more than anything else. I like to spend quality time with the persons I\u2019m working with, always ready to help them, to challenge them, to grow them.\r\nI'm a core contributor of .NET IoT and .NET nanoFramework, part of the core team for both project, one managed by Microsoft, the other one fully community driven.\r\nI\u2019m a big fan of Lego, I own hundreds kilos of Lego and thousands of official Lego set. I\u2019m a Lego\u00ae Serious Play\u00ae facilitator. This methodology allow to solve complex problems in a fun way buy building with Lego bricks. I\u2019m using it internally at Microsoft in various workshops.\r\nI always mix my passions and my work, so I\u2019m using my house as an environment to implement in production new technologies.
