The CRM team at Microsoft has posted this on their team blog.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"http:\/\/blogs.msdn.com\/crm\/archive\/2007\/05\/29\/worth-a-thousand-words-let-us-know.aspx\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.msdn.com\/crm\/archive\/2007\/05\/29\/worth-a-thousand-words-let-us-know.aspx\">http:\/\/blogs.msdn.com\/crm\/archive\/2007\/05\/29\/worth-a-thousand-words-let-us-know.aspx<\/a><\/p>\n<p>They got some praise in the comments from the CRM audience.
