This year, I\u2019ve been privileged to work with a great team across the DevOps community and help co-chair the new DeliveryConf 2020<\/a> conference, a non-profit conference dedicated to the technical aspects of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. The conference is taking place on January 21 & 22 2020, at the Grand Hyatt in Seattle.<\/p>\n

The goal is to have a highly technical DevOps-related conference that spans technologies and cloud providers, and I\u2019m proud to say that the speaker line up is fantastic! We will have 2 days and 3 tracks of technical talks delivered by some of the most experienced and well-known practitioners, addressing all aspects of CI\/CD. Each session will be followed by\u202fa facilitated audience discussion<\/a>\u202faround the topic.<\/p>\n

What Will The Next 10 Years Of Continuous Delivery Look Like?<\/a>
\nWe are celebrating a 10-year anniversary of the groundbreaking Continuous Delivery Book<\/a>, and I am happy to say that the book authors, Dave Farley and Jez Humble, will be on stage together for the first time ever, delivering the main keynote on the future of continuous delivery.<\/p>\n

How Secure Is Your Build\/Server?<\/a>
\nThe word DevOps is so much a part of our daily lexicon, that we do not stop to consider that it is also only 10 years old! The “father” of the term DevOps<\/a> and the organizer of the first-ever DevOpsDays conference, Patrick DeBois will join us on stage to talk about bringing security into our CI\/CD pipeline. An increasing attack vector used by our Red Teams here in Microsoft is to try and penetrate the software delivery pipelines, therefore I\u2019m really looking forward to his session.<\/p>\n

Real World DevOps<\/a>
\nAbel Wang, principal cloud advocate, DevOps lead, will deliver a technical deep dive on starting from scratch and deploying a modern application into the cloud following DevOps best practices! As always, Abel isn’t scared of live demos and building things right in front of the audience!<\/p>\n

CI\/CD For PowerShell That Isn’t A Mess<\/a>
\nThomas Rayner, senior security service engineer, will show us a CI\/CD implementation for PowerShell. Thomas will share his real-world experience of how we can leverage the power of CI\/CD to deliver PowerShell scripts, modules and runbooks to production!<\/p>\n

CI\/CD + ML == MLOps – The Way To Speed Bringing Machine Learning To Production<\/a>
\nDavid Aronchik, the head of Open Source Machine Learning strategy, will show us how to build a CI\/CD pipeline for Machine Learning models! David will leverage Azure Pipelines, Azure ML and Kubeflow to build a pipeline capable of deploying an ML model into production in under 15 minutes!<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a conference aimed at folks wanting to improve their CI\/CD automation and learn from a wide array of folks across the whole industry.<\/p>\n
