As a temporary workaround, you can install the EN-US keyboard. In Control Panel, go to &#8220;All Control Panel Items&#8221; then &#8220;Language&#8221; and click &#8220;Add a language.&#8221; Then add &#8220;English (United States).&#8221; It does not have to be selected as the current keyboard layout, it just has to be installed.
