Bash/WSL Insiders build now supports usb/serial comms and mounting removable storage & network shares

We continue to forge ahead with many planned improvements and exciting new features. The first new post-Windows 10 CU Insiders builds were released over the last couple of weeks – build #16176 and #16184- and delivered several new features & fixes:

• Support for serial/COM-port access allowing you to communicate with external devices like Raspberry Pi’s and IoT boards!
• Support for mounting USB storage devices and/or network shares
• Improvements to IPv6 multicast
• Several fixes for issues reported on GitHub
