When a subscription is purchased through the <a href=\"https:\/\/mocp.microsoftonline.com\/\">Microsoft Online Services Portal<\/a>, the service administrator specified during the subscription process is the default, and only, person who can manage the services on the subscription.<\/p>\n<p>Then, if you want to add more Administration accounts, the process is the following:<\/p>\n<p>To assign service co-administrators to a subscription, the default service administrator must sign in to the <a href=\"http:\/\/windows.azure.com\">Windows Azure Platform Management Portal<\/a> and select the subscription that the new service co-administrator will be added to.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/devblogs.microsoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/32\/2019\/03\/6646.image_149B5EF8.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"padding-left: 0px;padding-right: 0px;padding-top: 0px;border: 0px\" title=\"image\" border=\"0\" alt=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/devblogs.microsoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/32\/2019\/03\/8306.image_thumb_32792152.png\" width=\"734\" height=\"396\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h6>Adding co-administrators<\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>In the left hand pane of the portal, click <strong>Compute, Storage &amp; CDN<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click <strong>User Management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click <strong>Add New Co-Admin<\/strong> on the menu bar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>In the <strong>Add new Co-Administrator Role<\/strong> window, enter the new service administrator live ID and chose the subscription that they will administer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Repeat this procedure for each service co-administrator you are adding.<\/p>\n<p>Similar info at: <a href=\"http:\/\/msdn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/library\/gg456328.aspx\">http:\/\/msdn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/library\/gg456328.aspx<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just a useful tip: When managing your Windows Azure subscriptions it is advantageous to have multiple service administrators manage the Hosted Services, Storage Accounts and CDN on a subscription.
