It is quite global and is lacking of a few important areas, but still, it is very interesting and up to date. It shows from a high level point of view what Microsoft is related to, whether it&#8217;s search, cloud, social, NUI, gaming, developer tools, phones, Windows, Kinect &#8211; there is something for everyone at Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/devblogs.microsoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/32\/2019\/03\/2626.MSFT%20Tech.jpg\" width=\"540\" \/>   <\/p>\n<p>A higher res <a href=\"https:\/\/devblogs.microsoft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/32\/2019\/03\/0285.UR_Poster_Front%20pdf.pdf\">PDF version<\/a> is also available.<\/p>\n<p>The areas that it is <strong>missing<\/strong> are about <strong>Server Products<\/strong>, like <strong>Windows Server<\/strong>, <strong>SQL Server<\/strong>, <strong>System Center<\/strong>, etc. which are also key for Microsoft. (I guess the guy who did this wanted to focus on the most modern area for Services, which is the Cloud..). It is also missing <strong>Dynamics<\/strong> (AX, CRM, etc.) and even <strong>SharePoint Server<\/strong> On-Premise (Although it is taking into account Office 365 which includes SharePoint on line).<\/p>\n<p>It is also missing many details of all the <strong>development<\/strong> possibilities, like <strong>Desktop Applications<\/strong> (<strong>WPF<\/strong>), the <strong>Web<\/strong> (<strong>HTML5<\/strong> &amp; <strong>Silverlight<\/strong>), and many other development technologies (ASP.NET, MVS, WebAPI, Entity Framework, WF, WCF, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>It is clear that it focuses most of all on the <strong>modern-apps trend<\/strong>, I mean, engaging, social, consumer and Internet\/Cloud technologies and less on enterprise technologies. <\/p>\n<p>In any case, it is an interesting infographic for many people. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I found this infographic in Microsoft.
