This is problematic, because the command-line syntax is complicated, and also because bissubscribe.exe is only available on the Team Foundation Server.  <\/p>\n<p>To address this deficiency Naren posted <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.msdn.com\/narend\/archive\/2006\/07\/26\/679440.aspx\">a GUI tool that lets you create Work Item Event Subscriptions<\/a> in July 2006.
