One of the most popular improvements released this sprint are our new dashboards.\u00a0 We\u2019ve been dogfooding them internally for a few sprints now and some of my feature teams have put together some very nice dashboards.\u00a0 There are a number of tile types to choose from and you can add custom tile types to show whatever you like.\u00a0 Like most of the stuff we do in the cloud, this is just the beginning and there is lots more to do.\u00a0 Dashboards will evolve rapidly for several more sprints.\u00a0 Expect them to get better and better (like adding the ability to host PowerBI charts, etc.).\u00a0 We\u2019ve included a snapshot of the dashboards functionality in TFS 2015 Update 1 for on premises users and will roll in improvements in every subsequent Update.\u00a0 I\u2019ve taken screenshots of a couple dashboards for 2 of our feature teams just to give you an idea of what people are doing.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s lots of other good stuff in this sprint release \u2013 particularly some nice steps in making the rest of our TCM capabilities available via the web.\u00a0 I\u2019ll let you read the release notes for more.<\/p>\n

We have our annual Connect(); event<\/a> coming up Nov 18-19.\u00a0 It\u2019s a virtual event so it\u2019s easy to participate.\u00a0 We\u2019ve got tons of really cool stuff to talk about there.\u00a0 Tune in to learn more!<\/p>\n
