For a complete list of services, view Azure <a href=\"https:\/\/azure.microsoft.com\/en-us\/global-infrastructure\/services\/\">services by region<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Power Automate<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/power-automate\/\">Power Automate<\/a> is a service that helps you create automated workflows between your favorite apps and services to synchronize files, get notifications, collect data and more. Quickly and efficiently query across Azure subscriptions. Analyze your cloud inventory using complex querying launched programmatically or from the Azure portal. Azure Cloud Shell is assigned per unique user account and automatically authenticated with each session. Get a modern command-line experience from multiple access points, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.azure.com\/\">Azure portal<\/a>, Azure docs (e.g., <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/cli\/azure\/overview?view=azure-cli-latest\">Azure CLI<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/powershell\/azure\/get-started-azureps?view=azurermps-6.8.1&amp;viewFallbackFrom=azurermps-6.1.0\">Azure PowerShell<\/a>), and <a href=\"https:\/\/marketplace.visualstudio.com\/items?itemName=ms-vscode.azure-account\">VS Code Azure Account extension<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Choose your preferred shell experience:<\/strong> Azure Cloud Shell gives you the flexibility of choosing the shell experience that best suits the way you work &#8211; both Bash and PowerShell available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Common tools and programming languages included:<\/strong> equipped with commonly used CLI tools including Linux shell interpreters, PowerShell modules, Azure tools, text editors, source control, build tools, container tools, database tools, and more. Cloud Shell also includes language support for several popular programming languages such as Node.js, .NET, and Python.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Persist your files in attached cloud storage:<\/strong> Cloud Shell attaches an Azure Files share to persist your data. On first use, Cloud Shell will prompt to create a file share in Azure Files (or attach an existing one) to persist your data across sessions, and Cloud Shell will automatically re-attach it for subsequent sessions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Create and edit files in the Cloud Shell editor:<\/strong> Cloud Shell offers an integrated file editor built on the open-source <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/Microsoft\/monaco-editor\">Monaco Editor<\/a>. Simply run &#8220;code.&#8221; in Cloud Shell to enter a lightweight file editing experience integrated directly into the Cloud Shell window. Create and edit files that will be automatically synced to your backing Azure Files share.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cloud Shell Resources:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/azure\/cloud-shell\/overview\">Cloud Shell documentation &amp; quickstart guides<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/azure\/cloud-shell\/features\">Bash in Cloud Shell<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/azure\/cloud-shell\/features-powershell\">PowerShell in Cloud Shell<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=M6yzUU7asK0&amp;list=PLLasX02E8BPA5IgCPjqWms5ne5h4briK7&amp;index=5\">Cloud Shell in Azure Government (video)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Guest Configuration<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beyond auditing and <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/azure\/governance\/policy\/how-to\/remediate-resources\">remediating<\/a> Azure resources, Azure Policy can audit settings inside a machine. The validation is performed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/azure\/governance\/policy\/concepts\/guest-configuration\">Azure Policy Guest Configuration<\/a> extension and client. The extension, through the client, validates settings such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The configuration of the operating system<\/li>\n<li>Application configuration or presence<\/li>\n<li>Environment settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently, Azure Policy Guest Configuration only audits settings inside the machine.
