Azure M-series VMs offer memory from 192 GB up to 4 TB on a single VM with configurations from 8 to 128 hyper-threaded vCPUs, powered by Intel\u00ae Xeon\u00ae 2.5 GHz E7-8890 v3 processors. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Azure M-series is perfectly suited for your in-memory workloads like SAP HANA and SQL Hekaton. With the M-series, these databases can load large datasets into memory and utilize the fast memory access with huge amounts of vCPU parallel processing to speed up queries and enable real-time analytics. M-series VMs are <\/span><span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/azure.microsoft.com\/en-us\/blog\/azure-m-series-vms-are-now-sap-hana-certified\/\">SAP certified<\/a><\/span><\/span><span> for all SAP workloads including SAP HANA. You can deploy these large workloads in minutes and on-demand, scaling elastically as your usage demands with Azure deployment templates such as the <\/span><span><span><a href=\"https:\/\/azure.microsoft.com\/en-us\/blog\/accelerate-your-sap-on-azure-hana-project-with-suse-microsoft-solution-templates\/\">SAP HANA deployment template<\/a><\/span><\/span><span>.
