As of March 1, 2018, the third-party reseller services available on the Azure Marketplace\u2014and listed below\u2014consume Enterprise Agreement (EA) monetary commitment. Previously these services were billed outside of EA monetary commitment and were invoiced separately. EA monetary commitment for these services in the Marketplace helps simplify customer purchase and payment management.
